Easy Living Occupational Therapy is a registered NDIS provider (Registration ID: 4-433C-1031) offering specialist OT services to adults and limited services to older children. We work with clients with both physical and/or psychosocial disabilities. We have been registered since the early days of the scheme, January 2017, and are familiar with NDIS processes. We have had the pleasure of working with hundreds of clients and look forward to working with many more! Easy Living OT was recently successful in completing the Initial Verification Audit against the NDIS (Provider Registration and Practice Standards) Rules 2018. This highlights that we have effective policies and procedures in place which underpins the work we do with our valued clients.
We also see clients with a GP referral for Chronic Disease Management, providing expert assessment/advice on how to live with chronic illness.
